"Because I Helped Them"
In this fictional drama, Sarah watches a sedan approach through waves of heat as Marcus stands beside her. His warning is quiet and devastating: the people inside that car destroyed your husband.
When Sarah demands how he knows, he answers, "Because I helped them."
Before she can react, the sedan stops. Two armed men exit while a third passenger remains inside.
Marcus raises both hands and says he will go willingly, but Sarah grabs his arm and refuses to let him leave until he explains. He tells her he gave them David's location.

Fourteen Hours She Can't Remember
Marcus says he did it because they had her. He claims that six years ago Sarah was kidnapped for fourteen hours, drugged, and had her memory erased.
Sarah insists that never happened, then stops herself as she remembers unexplained scars on her wrist from that same period.
The accompanying stills place the confrontation in a military world. One shows a soldier in camouflage uniform locked in a close physical struggle inside a bright, hangar-like building.
Another shows Sarah, addressed as Colonel Hale, in a tan service uniform with ribbons, standing behind a table with documents as a jet sits behind her in the hangar.

The Doctor With The Video
The rear passenger then steps out. He is identified as Dr. Adrian Cross, a military neurologist Sarah had met after her husband's funeral. He greets her as "Colonel Hale."
Marcus steps in front of her and accuses him of breaking a promise to never touch her again. Sarah draws her sidearm and demands, "What did you do to me?" Cross replies, "Nothing you didn't volunteer for."
To prove it, he produces a video. On screen, Sarah herself is seen signing a document and looking directly into the camera: "If I remember what happened, thousands die."
Then the recorded Sarah adds, "Marcus must never learn I survived the operation." The clip ends on Marcus slowly turning toward her and asking, "Survived what?"
