A Calm Customer in a Modest Jacket
Mihai, 72, walks into a bright, upscale phone store dressed simply in a worn beige jacket and an old flat cap.
He stops at the glass display case, looks at the luxury model on show, and asks calmly, "How much is this?"
Behind the counter stands Alex, a young salesman in a dark polo shirt. He looks the older man up and down and answers with a superior smile: over 10,000 lei.
When Mihai nods and asks, "Can I see it?", the reply comes back sharp: "You can look. Buying it is another story."

From Dismissal to Open Laughter
The older man does not get angry. He holds the salesman's gaze for a few seconds and asks simply, "Why?" Alex points toward the back of the store, where cheaper models sit.
Without wanting to offend you, he says, that device is not really for your profile and those cheaper ones would fit your pocket better.
Mihai stays calm and moves to another phone. "Can I at least touch this phone?" he asks.
Alex breaks into open laughter, eyes squeezed shut, warning him that it would be better not to touch it — if he dropped it, he would have to work a long time to pay for it.

Told to Leave — With One Last Smile
For the first time, Mihai looks serious. "Do you treat all customers like this?" he asks. Alex has lost patience. He points toward the exit and tells him to get out, saying he is just bothering them.
Mihai does not answer. He turns and starts walking slowly toward the door. Then, just before leaving, he stops, turns back with a calm smile, and drops the bombshell: he wants to see Alex's face when he discovers he is the owner of this store.
Alex still does not understand what he has just heard, as the video teases that someone is about to walk in to tell him the truth.
